Diana Cuevas

Miss Cuevas has 15+ years experience working as international corporate attorney and has particular experience in the Technology Transfer, Real Estate, Mediation, and Contract Negotiation/Mediation sectors. She has been part of several international firms in Boston, New York and Mexico, has also worked as legal researcher for the U.S. Federal Court, District of Massachusetts in USA.

Since 2005, when she founded Mexico Real Estate Group, she has led several projects representing companies such as KIMCO, International Living, Inc. and Richard Ellis Investors Prior to this, she served as in-house counsel and Vice President for Pure Imaging, Inc. in Massachusetts.

The legal transactions in which Miss Cuevas has been engaged have involved issuers in Europe, United States, Mexico and China, leading renewable energy, oil & gas and commercial development projects amounting over $190,000,000 Dollars.

Miss Cuevas specializes in international contract law, she advises on corporate transactions, civil matters, government affairs and regularly acts for founders of and those investing in early-stage and startup ventures. She also serves companies as Chief Negotiator and Mediator on a wide range of contractual arrangements, including outsourcing to other jurisdictions globally. Miss Cuevas is currently an Arbitrator & VP of the International Chamber of Commerce, Arbitration and Mediation Committee, Chapter Bajio. Member of the Board of Directors of the Mexico-USA Chamber of Commerce.
